    The short answers to what players ask us most.

    Is RateCS really free?

    Yes. Every feature, from bans, Premier rating and FACEIT stats to the 10-player lobby check and the stream overlay, is free. There is no premium tier and no paywall.

    Do I need an account?

    No. Profile checks, player comparison and the lobby check work without an account. Signing in with Steam only unlocks the watchlist, automatic match import and the stream overlay.

    What is the Trust Score?

    A value from 0 to 100 based on public signals such as bans, account age, playtime and performance stats. Every factor is shown with its explanation. It is a statistical estimate, not proof of misconduct.

    How do I check my whole lobby?

    Paste your FACEIT match room link or the output of the status command on the lobby page. You get all players with bans, ranks and Trust Score at once.

    Where does the data come from?

    From the public Steam Web API, the FACEIT Data API and the Leetify Public API. RateCS never reads game memory and never interacts with CS2.

    Can I show my stats on stream?

    Yes. Sign in with Steam, design your overlay and add the URL as a browser source in OBS. It shows your Premier rating, FACEIT level and ELO, K/D and more, and updates itself.

    Is using RateCS safe for my account?

    Yes. RateCS is a website that only reads public data. Nothing runs on your PC and nothing touches the game, so there is no VAC risk.

    Is there a Discord bot?

    Yes. Add the RateCS bot to your server and use /check for any player or /lobby for a whole lobby, with bans, ranks and Trust Score right in Discord. Invite: ratecs.com/discord
